Bearded Boy Design was established in 2012 with the goal of replacing generic plastic tap handles with beautiful custom-made taps for breweries and home-brewers alike.
What started with a single small desktop laser has grown into a full fabrication shop dedicated to precision cutting & engraving, printing, advanced woodworking, and of course, custom tap handles.

LASER CUTTTING & ENGRAVING

Our Trotec Speedy 400 is coveted for its precision and efficiency. This laser has a 37” width capability and a height capability of 12”, allowing our team to produce accurate, innovative, and high-quality projects.
We often utilize our Epilogue laser for projects with faster turnarounds, making it great for prototyping.
CNC CUTTING
Our Hypertherm Plasma CNC works great for cutting sheet metal up to 4'x8' x 3/4" thick.
UV PRINTING
Our Mimaki UV Printer allows us to print high-quality, high-definition artwork and photos directly to your project.
